What all do you guys do to keep your home gyms clean? What products do you use?

Weekly/monthly wipe down of equipment and bumper plates?

How often do you clean your stall mats?

What is your barbell cleaning/maintenance process?

Is your gym in a garage or inside the home?

My gym is indoors, so I just wipe off the dust. I have a bare steel sumo deadlift bar that I keep oiled. My power bar is due to be oiled. I've just been too lazy to take it apart and clean it. I keep my prowler carpet vacuumed, and I honestly don't think I've ever cleaned my stall mats or plates.

My gym is in a basement in a very arid environment. I wipe down the bench with Clorox wipes because I got a bunch for free from work. I guess they bought them for COVID and nobody ever used them.

my gym is in a dedicated garage. I just use my leaf blower and blow it out once or twice a month. I dont really wipe or clean anything

now about 2x per year i clean my barbells by using the barbell rescue brush and 3&1 oil. also use silicone spray on the cables on my machines and wd40 on all the other machine parts

I have been eyeing that barbell rescue brush. Just ordered one.

I was trying to get a general idea of how often I should be wiping down the bumper plates and what not.
