Ramp to 1rm comp squat at rpe 8 455lbs

Back off to 3x15 300lbs Hatfield squats

I've really been wanting to try these but don't have access to a safety bar. They look painful AF, which is perfect lol

I've never gone higher than 8 reps, but that's enough for me. You can force out so much more, I was using close to a 1rm on the SSB for those 8 reps.

High reps although very painful are the best for quad growth in general IMO

And Hatfield squats really let you pound out the reps
