Everybody's Plateau breakthrough is different. At that percentage you need to be locked in and Laser focused on your diet.

I realize that I'm not telling you anything that you already don't know yourself. But I don't think anyone can train themselves in a gym to go from 12% to 10%.

Are you doing fastr morning walks? Could try that. Shoot for 360 min a week, working up to that.

Also when was the last time you took a diet break?

If nothing else try taking a two week diet break if you have time. Eat at maintenance for two weeks then start back.

You could also do a 5-6 day true fat fast to ramp up fat loss again. A fat fast is 800-1000 calories with 85-90% coming from fat.

But you would be best served with a diet break or reverse dieting.

I'm your height but 173-179 is my weight range.

I stay around 13% bf and I don't care to reduce that. I ski, run, swim, bike and walk/hike + never stop moving.

I don't do weights right now (gonna start back casually). And I drink alcohol.

I think with the slightest bit of effort I could get lower, but it looks a little freaky. Also too much effort as you note.

I’m around that number. I don’t eat usually until noon or 1PM.

Wake up, drink 4-6 cups of coffee, and drink green tea if I get hungry between then and lunch. I work on in the morning too.

I also have the benefit of genetics.

Why? You gonna do a show? I would hate my life if I was trying to get sub 10% for no other reason than just to get there. Guess I love to eat, drink, and skip a cardio day here and there to much.

How are you determining your body fat percentage? It's almost impossible to get it within even 2 percentage points, I would think, so you wouldn't know if you were 12 or 10. You could go by the eye test, but each person carries body fat in different places.
