Help with a potential health issue

I had a weird situation today that I thought was a hernia.
I went to the gym. Lifted chest and back. Heavy. Leave to go to the grocery store and I'm fine.
Walking around my stomach just above my belly button starts to hurt. About 10 minutes later I reach down and there is a noticeable 'bulge' in the area.
I kind of start to freak out and start Googling for hernias. Fast forward about 20 minutes and I had to shite. The pain subsides and the bulge goes away.
Any ideas on what this could be? A gigantic turd that caused a hernia?

Sounds like an abdominal hernia.

They can come and go like that?
I've known some people with hernias and they have to get surgery to fix them.

Did you do anything different on this day?
Or do you typically train chest and back
You may have an abdominal hernia which could be due to a muscular imbalance between yours abs and back

Umbilical hernia. Go to the doctor.

3 out of the top 8 threads on here are hernia related. I wonder if something is going around? Could be vaccine related.

Go to a doctor regardless.
Could be a hernia. But if it went away after dropping a deuce, it is not something to frick around and find out with.
If you become unable to poop, go to the ER was the advice given to me.
Had a similar situation. Turned out to be MRSA.
Long story short, as much as I hate doctors, painful lump means a trip to the doctor 10/10 times.

Went to the doctor for it.
She said she couldn't feel a hernia and she really dug into my abdomen.
However, she said I could still have one and ordered an ultrasound for next week.

Did you tell her I think it might be vaccine related?
