Help my son gain weight
This is what he is currently doing
630- pop tarts or oatmeal crème pie
9- fit crunch bar(400 calories)
Lunch
3-fit crunch bar (400 calories)
5- Creatine
7- supper
9- protein shake (700 calories) with a carb supplement

He was doing a protein shake for breakfast but currently stop because he felt full all the time and was skipping out on lunch.
