Ive been looking at getting some power recovery tights from 2xu to improve recovery in the legs. Been reading a lot on how compression helps with blood flow and recovery. They are pricey so no go for me right now.

Yeah this one is a little different than I’ve ever battled, they’re still not quite feeling right, just still kind of stiff.

Think I’ve pinpointed the issue, pretty sure I’ve sonehow developed an allergy to oats which is a part of my pre workout meal. Weird.

Have you tried eating pixy stix or haribo gold bears after you’re done working out? I started feeling like you’re describing because I wasn’t eating anything for a few hours after I worked out and my body wasn’t replenishing my muscle glycogen levels properly and I was basically chronically malnourished. Might be worth a try for you
