Have my InBody scan in the a.m. Do’s and don’ts?

It’s at 6:00 a.m.
I know no fluids whatsoever when I wake up. Any other things? Online said don’t workout 4-6 hours prior.

dont eat or drink or workout for ~8 hours before

make sure you use the bathroom before

clean your feet off before stepping

dont go if you just started taking creatine, did a carb up the night before, are dehydrated, holding extra water

all those things tend to throw the test off

Just an FYI, if you are female, the numbers will be skewed if you are on your cycle.
