I've had the jaybird bluebuds X and the X2. Both excellent sets.

Got jaybird x3.

Are phenomenal. Great Sound and connectivity

I did a lot of research and they are much better than Beats or bose..... And a little less expensive

also would consider air pods, but them not being sweat/water resistant would make me hesitant

I bought these last summer and they have been great. They connect quickly to my phone and I've taken them on pretty long, hot and humid, sweaty runs and they keep on going.

Biggest gripe I’ve seen with them is they irritate the ears after a while

They come with multiple types and sizes of inserts in order to find the correct fit. Honestly it took me a few weeks of playing around with the sizes to find the best set up for me

Not the make you asked about but I got the totally wireless Bose earbuds a month or so ago and love them. No wires is pretty amazing after using wired headphones all these years. Also, they come in a little box that charges them. I charge the container once every week or week and a half and it’s good to go. Like that much more than the beats I used to have that need to be plugged in after every damn workout.

yeah that's my issue with the jaybird x3s, the battery is crap so if I forget to charge after a workout, I'll be lucky to get a 2nd out of them. At least with these charging cases, it'll be easier to avoid that

might end up going with the airpods because from what I've read people aren't having issues sweating in them

Ahh, I missed that part. The ones I use were cheap and work for me, but if/when they crap out I'm probably going to get wireless buds like y'all are discussing. Or I may just go ahead and give these to my daughter and get myself some wireless buds.

1. Are the AirPods the same wireless headphones that come/came with new iPhone? I see they are $159 retail and am needing a new phone. That little storage box seems great.

2. I’ve used the Apple hardwired headphones for years now and like them. I recently bought some Tabtronic Bluetooth headphones. Fine for walking and working out, but can always hear rustling (due to the connection wires moving against neck) when running. Rarely use anymore and like not having to plug into phone. My question is do the AirPods stay in place well enough when running, jumping, excessive movement?

1. the airpods don't come with the phone, just the regular earpods.

2. I ran, pushed a sled, jumped rope, did burpees, and liften in them yesterday. They didn't fall out once, they also didn't irritate my ears like my jaybirds do after being in a while

Bump. Looking to get a set of wireless buds. Has anyone tried the Chinese knockoff air pods? Or others that are not $100 or more?

I’m willing to spend about $60-75 for good quality. I just want some to wear while cutting grass and exercising. My Bluetooth ones kept coming out Saturday morning when mowing. They do ok on runs but for some reason we’re snagging when I was cutting.

Been using Airpods since Christmas with minimal issues. Sometimes I have brief connectivity issues, but nothing major. Sweaty workouts, runs, etc. Never fallen out. Would highly recommend; especially with an Apple iPhone driving them.
