Actually that’s not true. The actual workout doesn’t specify how to break up the reps. Most people partition them into “Cindy” (5/10/15). However, you can also do it chipper style which is doing the 100 pull ups before moving on to push ups, then doing the 200 push-up before moving on to air squats.

The suggested weight vest is 20lbs.

CrossFit people love to say you can’t “RX” it unless you do it chipper style, but the CrossFit games had “Murph” as a workout 2 different times. Once was chipper style and the other was partitioned.

I’d also mention I do strict pull-ups not that butterfly BS

I’ve read that a decent time for someone in shape is between 45 minutes to an hour

Did it for the first time today, took me 48 minutes. That last mile was wobbly
