Seems to be pretty legit for recovery from an injury. I'm entertaining the idea of buying the program.

I've not tried DDP yoga. I've known people who got rid of their back troubles and etc with yoga.

Bikram yoga was started by a former weight lifter who wrecked his knee in very bad fashion lifting.

Highly reccommend. Back troubles go away if I stick with it.

Never tried it, but heard his interview on the Carolla podcast. Sounds like a great guy.

If I was having injuries or mobility issues I'd try it.

Good for recovery and flexibility. Builds a nice base if you are just getting off the couch and never work out.

Anyone know of any Baton Rouge Yoga studios that have classes for and/or that cater towards people with pre-existing injuries/back injuries?

If you get a Yoga program and do it 3 days a week, it will change you for the better. I like Tony Horton’s yoga routines and usually my go to is FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH YOGA as it is shorter and very thorough. Bikram is alos a kick arse workout but find a studio where they will not scoff at beginners or those less limber. They do frown upon farting if that is an issue.
