Yea, you read that right. Had a pretty crappy work day on a number of levels yesterday, so when I was still feeling crummy this am I was like F it I'm having a shake. 2 servings of Tillamook cookies and cream for 440 calories and one cup of milk at 160 calories. 600 total calories and I feel great and happier

Sometimes you just need that goodness

Man on the fourth I had to wake up early to get my dog groomed and when I got back home I had to go into dad mode with my 2 year old and missed breakfast. Then later I got him fed and down for a nap, pounded a protein shake and went do yard work. When my wife called and said she was finally headed home from work she asked if I wanted anything, so I had a Sonic blast for supper. It was amazing.

^^^

There has never been a time I pigged out and felt satisfied more than 30 minutes later.

It's always a crappy feeling after.

Great... now typing this is making me want some ice cream.
