re: Going after Deadlift Goals.
It’s all about the technique and to strengthen the main muscle groups in the lift(back, quads, hips, hamstrings, biceps, triceps, etc)

Almost does nothing for deadlift according to all the big deadlifters.

You still squatting with an SSB? I've found that to help tremendously with my DL strength

Yes. It did help a freaking ton. However, I'm being a lazy POS right now and haven't lifted almost anything in 2 months. Lol.

re: Going after Deadlift Goals.
A few things that has helped my progress:
Make sure you're breathing and bracing correctly. You want to be tight as possible all the way through the lift... all that generated energy is shooting up from the floor through you legs, back etc. You don't want any loose parts. Another good cue is to think of moving the body around the barbell and NOT the barbell around the body. Also, Don't jerk the weight up, use you hands as anchors while squeezing the bar as hard possible and pushing the floor away with your feet

This video by Brain Alsruhe is a good one that helped me a lot
