Go to lat and oblique workouts

I'm doing pull ups and push ups for my lats right now, but I have strained the frick out of my forearms and they hurt like hell. I'm getting a pull up assist band to help with that. In the mean time I need another lat workout. I also need a good oblique workout. Currently I'm doing oblique twists, but I really don't feel the burn.

Several for lats...
Bent over barbell rows
Bent over DB rows
Lat Pulldowns with a wide or close grip
Seated Cable rows
Walk around flaring your lats all day..
I don't do much ab/oblique work because I engage my core on different lifts throughout the week.

Love handle eliminators right there. They most definitely work.

for lats, I do all means of pullups, pulldowns, and rows. I dont train obliques with nothing but bodyweight in the form of hanging leg raises, windshield wipers, and just heavy carries. I believe farmers walk and overhead barbell carries to be the best form of abdominal and oblique training.

Make it harder with overhead kettlebell caries
To the OP:
To add something different than what's in here, strict toes bar but rotate hips as going up
