Give me a snow day workout

My gym is closed and I'm not running on ice

I also have very little exercise equipment at the house, so let's keep it to body work out.

100 burpees for time?

10 EMOM pushups add 1 each round? then same with air squats?

What y'all got?

20-15-10-5-5-10-15-20 reps
**Air squats or sub Goblet squats
**Push Ups or sub Burpees ??

a couple of dumbells, an ab ball, some resistance bands...that's about it

Sounds like plenty. Do you have a door attachment for the resistance bands or any way to use them for back exercises?

You can do pushup rows with the dumbbells, pistol squatt, curls with either the bands or the dumbbells, Arnold presses, Bulgarian suats, you can do pushups with the resistance bands and hold at the top, you can lie down and do dumbbell chest presses. You have a ton of options.

Hour on the trainer. 5 sweetspot interals at 7 min in length with some rest periods in between.
