Fun heavy lifting routine

Two reps every minute for 20 minutes. Did 315 squat today. I think this could work with other lifts as well.
The volume really sneaks up on you, but it’s easy to maintain form the whole way through because you are only doing two reps at a time.

I love emom's especially with cleans as a finisher. 3 rep emom for 15 min.

This has been the backbone of my recent power lifting workout. I max out, then do 85% for 2 reps E 1:15 on 1:15 for 10 mins, or 8 sets. Then hit 1 set of 3 and 7 sets of 2 the next week. And so on and so forth until 8 sets of 3 at that weight during week 8. It’s a long process and I’m only on week 4 but I like it. Especially since I workout during lunch and I want something quick and on task.
