I do them from time to time. Honestly, I mix up my leg workouts a ton, but always do some sort of squat variant when I do. Lately I've been on back squats and am going to be moving to a new variant soon and front squats is what I have circled. I've just always hated front squats.

I find front squats help with cleans. Helps you adapt to having heavy weights at that position.

I agree that the bar makes it uncomfortable. I usually prefer crossing my arms to the alternative.

Try them with straps. It is a game changer
