Why are people afraid of that? There are people having to do insulin injections daily

Fear is not a part of the equation. The question is "What's the appropriate medical care for this gentleman." The answer is NOT testosterone replacement therapy. He has normal total testosterone levels, as long is was checked first thing in the AM (testosterone level naturally goes up some as the day goes on so diagnostic levels should be checked first thing in the AM). There's no reason to take unnecessary medications, especially since every medicine has costs and potential side effects. OTOH, if the OP wants to pursue TRT, I have no doubt he can find a "Men's Health" clinic or something similar that will give a prescription for what he wants, even if it's not medically indicated.

yea i dont think he needs trt. Might need to get the free test up/shgb down using boron but i dont think he needs trt at that level of total T. Certainly can but he is going to have to be on closer to 200mg/week to get levels high enough to even notice a difference

to me, if he does what i said in the my original reply...much better results that he can notice much quicker.

yep and grab some carditone from amazon, take 2 in the morning, 1 at night. Your BP will stabilize on lower end after that.
in 2016 I was put on 10mg of amlodipine, in 2020 with diet changes and a a regular exercise program i was able to half that dose.

diet changes were greatly limiting restaurant food, NO fast food and very little processed food - NO soft drinks(except for tonic). 30 days of Carditone (1 in the am) bp in a very sweet spot, doc blessed cutting out bp med 100% after another 30 days to see if it stays the same.

Now I get 300 mins of zone minutes a week and do strength training and cardio.

all my other measurable levels are very good(they weren't in 2016). Statin does is also half what it was in 2015.
