Does anyone have any experience with these bands? Did they help with tendonitis? TIA

Meh. I'm actually staring at rock floss right now. I have a band of it. It works a bit to get the blood flow going. Sometimes use it to warm up ankles and such before a run. But if you have any leg hair, it sucks. And rolling it up and wrapping it multiple times just gets annoying. I stopped using it and it sits on the shelf.

I got some for free, and this was my experience too. I liked it when I used it, but not so much that I wanted to do it regularly or felt that it really helped with anything. I just wound up not using it much and doing other mobility stuff.

It definitely will remove a fair amount of body hair if you use it on bare knees or high on the achilles.

Be careful using them. If you have a relatively significant tear or a bone spur that is present it can finish the job for you.

Yes. Definitely watch Kstars vids on use.

If your quads right above the knee are sore, the difference afterwards is tremendous. Also really helpful for forearm issues.

Cut them in half, you should never need the full length.

Just buys some mountain bike tire tubes, cut the air nozzle out and slice it down the middle.
