Flexibility training

Any of you guys do specific work to improve flexibility? Any guidance? I’ve noticed that my squat depth has improved dramatically just from performing the exercise, so it’s got me wondering if stretching under load is a good way to increase flexibility.
For example, if I want to increase hamstring flexibility, I would add good mornings to my routine and get a good hamstring stretch under load.

There are several mobility apps that you can use. I used GOWOD. Just do the daily routine or target specific areas.

I don’t think you should try to stretch and force your ROM under load. Especially with something like good mornings. Exercises under load should be completed to the best ROM you can produce without pain. If you need to improve your mobility, find out what is causing the issue and address it using the countless exercises that address mobility at your disposal. If you can’t get into the position you need to without load, I do not recommend forcing it under load.

Yeah I stop the ROM once it would be painful to go further.

Yoga really helped me when I was rock climbing a couple of years back. I went from not being able to even get my leg up past my waist to being able to do that and actually generate some force in about two months.
