You still doing this? I was, but they’re app is buggy as hell and constantly crashes now.

Looking for an app to piece together a gym routine and track workouts. I saw “strong” mentioned, are there others y’all use and recommend?

may i ask why not just follow a routine from a highly qualified coach?

trainheroic is really good for find a program that works for you.

I probably will end up doing that but Looking for a cheaper option at the moment.

then jetfit and strong prolly the two best.

if you are on android ultimate 531 is really good too.
