My father passed last year at age 82 and he had a full head of hair (not even fully grey). I have his same hairline and same thick straight hair
My father and grandfather both had a full head of hair. I started taking trt about 5 years ago and my hair started thinning in the front. Finasteride pills and topical minoxidil fixed it.

Say I'm in my early 40's or even mid 40's and I have a very healthy head of hair, how worried should I be about TRT changing that? From my research it doesn't sound like it will be an issue. I have a Hims subscription for Cialis and I am thinking about adding a topical finasteride just to make sure. It's actually on my "to do" list for Monday
Polypharmacy on purpose? Sounds like you have the right idea of just getting off the TRT until later in life.
