My 2nd favorite exercise for legs, not to mention it can get the heart rate going too

I've seen from multiple videos how the sissy squat is God awful for your knees.

Depending on where you are placing the bar for normal squats (mid to low bar), you can try a high bar squat. Bar right on top the traps. Keep your core tight and upright. This will target the quads like a front squat.

I tried to do belt squats the other day and they did great. I just need to make some jerk boxes or something so I can get higher up.
