I saw it on YouTube and damn, it looks like an awesome strength developer for the deadlift and posterior chain. I'm mad because I'm already bankrupting myself on lifting gadgets and now this comes along. I want it bad.

Well, I ordered it as a Christmas present to myself.
I'll use it tonight for the first time. I'm doing deadlifts twice a week to buld my strength and technique back up and dynamic effort is tonight. Always exciting to try a new toy.

My wife helps me. I encourage her to work out too with inconsistent success.
Being happily married also gives me a spotter for max attempts.

The power portion of this really intrigues me. Building elasticity to explode into rep two is pretty cool for a deadlift.

My first workout was based in dynamic work. I used the isometric trying to break the floor for a 2 count before a single at 60%.
Theory was to force me to stay in position in the start and really drive actual maximal force on a submax weight. Sometimes it's easy to take dynamic work for granted and not really drive hard.
