I need to get in the gym. 6'2 160, looks like 110 with a shirt on.
Any tips? Eat clean, eat dirty, low reps heavy weight, high reps lighter weight?

I was nice at 22-23 but I was still a skinny fuk, just ripped.
Im trying to gain some size so when my daughters get to dating age, Chad from science class doesnt ring my doorbell and choke me out.

Get a personal trainer if you can...The only time I have been productive in a gym is with a trainer. Forces me to show up and he pushes me more than I can push myself.

My diet is comical. I just binge eat lunch and dinner and in between.
Cant eat breakfast, I just cant eat early. I drink coffee and Im thinking of getting some mass gainer powder to drink in the AM.
Lunch I usually have a plate lunch, raising canes, burger meal, etc.
Come home and graze on snacks like my kitchen is about to dissapear.
Eat a hefty dinner (tonight about 5 tacos)
Eat snack cakes, honeybuns, cheez its, candy and shite until late at night.
