After I lift early in the morning, I’m hungry. I would prefer to not eat so that I may eat my calories later in the day. That way, I won’t be hungry in the evening. If I was to mix electrolytes in water, would that help with pangs of hunger until lunch time? If so, what brand would you recommend?

My favorite electrolyte for killing the hunger pangs is black coffee.

Me too, but I don’t want to drink too much caffeine everyday. Guess I could make decaf.

It's better than water alone given the trace mineral value. On Thursdays, I do a CrossFit training session at lunch then pretty intense distance and track workout in the evenings. I always try to take a Drip Drop electrolyte packet between the sessions knowing I'll have to eat light between the two. The watermelon flavor is tasty.
