They suck, but when I do drink one occasionally, it’ll be Diet A&W root beer.

This is false

It is well documented that while artificial sweeteners don't raise your blood sugar, they can increase insulin resistance. The body secretes insulin on the basis of an anticipated glucose load when you taste something sweet.

Just switch to NiCola by LaCroix. Add a couple shakes of aromatic bitters - it’s as good as a Coke Zero especially if it’s ice cold. I go through 3 cases of these a week and bring them with me when I hit up Five Guys or In N Out for my keto burgers. We also have sparkling water with caffeine out here which are straight money. I’m as hydrated and youthful looking as the great Tommy Brady thanks to sparkling water
