Dallas-Las Colinas - Moving, Looking for a new Strength / Powerlifting Gym?

I will temporarily be on-site for the execution of a project for the next 12-18months at DFW. I Will be staying right outside in the Las Colinas area.
I'm looking for a casual Strength / Powerlifting gym that also has options for bodybuilding exercises when I just want to get a pump.

No experience with any club there, but there is a 24hour fitness nearby on 635.
No issues with 24 for me, been a member since 2006.
Only the good ones are left since their bankruptcy.

Not sure how far it is from where you'll be but extreme studio performance on McEwan road is a steal at only $80/month.

I like the ppl in strength/powerlifting gyms, more my style. Gyms for me aren't just about going lift, but the ppl I get along with inside the gym and maybe finding a training partner.

Looking at the map it has a LA Fitness and 24 hour fitness

Absolut Recomp is in North Richland Hills. Looks awesome.
They are hosting a rookie powerlifting meet so that's how I heard about them. Doesn't come up with a "gyms" google search. Crazy.
One of the meet sponsors is Anderson Powerlifting. Looks like they sell powerlifting gear. Maybe give them a call and ask for a local recommendation.
