Critique My Routine

I fell off in the winter and put on some bad weight. I had walking pneumonia from late December to mid March which prevented me from slowly getting back into my routine. Finally got myself back together and started back walking in April. Now I've reintroduced weights and Yoga to my routine. I'm trying to be active three times a day, but mostly I'm able to get two solid sessions of activities.
Morning - lift weights and/or 3-4 mile walk
Lunch - weights
Evening - Yoga and/or 3 mile walk, or weights
My food intake window is from 2pm - 8pm
B100 supplement, Omega 3 supplement, BCAAs, two protein shakes. One meal of meat and veggie

I would probably only do weights once a day. I don't see a huge upside to multiple times a day for weights.
If you can do activity 3x a day, good on you. Varying and having a single weight session, then filling the other 1 or 2 with walking, yoga maybe swimming is how I'd personally structure it.

Awesome. I really don't go to hard on weights. I go with lighter weights for more reps.

If you had several months off, you could probably do a linear beginning weight program and get pretty good gains at this point.
Usually, a month or two off from weights is as good as a complete reset with programming. If you have a good background, the upside is you can regain strength pretty fast.

That’s a lot of activity for one day. I would also limit weight sessions to once per day and do low intensity exercises in the afternoon if you are really hell bent on two-a-days. And make sure you’re eating enough.
