i heard ralph shut it down.
Why is that?
And yeah, I’ll be grabbing a Marrs Bar in the near future. I hate the new look bar though. Will you be grabbing one of those too?
Any recs on best football bar? Repsdirect?

not sure why ralph shut it down....i think he is just old if i am not mistaken
yea i will be getting a marrs bar in 2022. i want my kids mainly using that to squat with, along with a squat max md which i plan to get in 22 also.
best football bar...
1) kabuki caddillac. its what i have and its the caddillac of neutral grip bars for sure.
2) football bar from reps direct
3) cambered bar from elitefts
4) rogue multi grip or the t-bar from american barbell
essentially the kabuki is far and away the best imo. can flip to have angle both ways, cambered etc. The only thing the reps direct has over it is the rotating sleeves and the open area in between the handles.
after that most are either cambered or non cambered.
if you want cambered...elitefts is the standard. i think titan makes a knock off
rogue is prolly the best of the non T style bars that are not cambered.
i have the kabuki but would have no problems going with the reps direct as i feel it is a very close second. I chose the cambering of the kabuki over rotating sleeves and the space for the face on OHP. If i want to press with a neutral bar overhead...i prefer the trap bar(one of my favorite exercises and why i chose a rackable trap bar) and i know i would be using the bar for horizontal pressing, pulling and curls.
but both are very close and you are supporting good companies either way.

i get it and i do to. for a $500 it looks cheap. that was one of a couple reasons in went with kabuki.
