Down 15 lbs. I’m skinny. Had Covid one year ago and still don’t have taste and smell. I also have nagging shoulder and neck pain that limit me from doing exercises. I’ve been doing PT, chirpractor, etc for months. I don’t know what else do to. MRI’s of both shoulders and necks are normal. Multiple steroid injections don’t work. Any help is appreciated.

Bro, you were so close to the jab. Bad luck

But in seriousness, go get the jab now. Both from data trials, and a few docs I work with, their lingering long covid effects went away after they got the vaccine. Strange I know

Not sure

I thought that was what they were telling people earlier simply to keep the vaccine supply higher

Bumping this thread because I finally looked at my Garmin data and noticed an obvious change in my resting heartrate. Going back over 2 years, the highest resting heartrate weekly average I had was 53 bpm. Since COVID I’ve averaged above 60 bpm.

Back in April before COVID

End of June

Fatigue had been feeling better recently but this still confirms some lingering side effects. Frustrating.
