Best exercises to get a ripped six pack other than sit-ups, leg lifts, side weight bends and machine crunches. None of that working

If your abs aren't showing your BF % is too high. Everyone has abs, they just wont show until you are around ~10% BF or less.

There are some 'classic' bodybuilder competitors (and even open) that do very few exercises for their abs in order to not increase waste size and have optimal V-taper.. Especially obliques. Your core gets a lot of work bracing for a whole host of exercises. You really shouldn't need to do a lot of isolation work. Gotta get that BF % down

If you want visible abs you have to get your body fat down to around 10%.

I worked my arse off to get my BF down, and I do a 6 minute ab routine 3x a week and can see a few indentations.
