Colonoscopy prep

Any suggestions on making that stuff taste better?

If you're using the Supret Bowel Prep Kit, I make the water as cold as can be without being frozen. Also, it's better to not finish it than to gag and throw up the majority of it.
The last time I used it, I finished the first round, but second round I left a mouth full or two because I felt like I would gag.

Just want to add that I actually fasted two days before and it made the process easier.

I added a little Krystal light lemonade power to mine made it taste a lot better

The Super Bowl Prep doesn’t taste good but isn’t as bad as some people make it out to be.
I literally just chugged it and chased it with a bottle of water or a few sips of white grape juice.
My thought process was that I could either drink 10oz (or however much it was) of shite or I could drink 20oz of watered down shite.
1,2,3, down the hatch.

Na, I was miserable for 2 days drinking that shite. The prep is worse than actually getting the procedure done.

They have pills you can take. I think it’s 24 pills total, but they have no flavor of course. Still a lot of water to drink.
