Can someone explain the doses to a beginner? What should I start out with, how often and how much to increase? Do I need to mix anything? Looking at it on lioncore if that helps. CJC1195 no dac + ipamorelin 10 mg. Thanks

yes you will have to mix, download the app peptide calculator and it will help you decide how much
i would start with 250mcg of each nightly before bed
if you want to add another dose, add 205mcg in the morning too and then dont eat for 3-4 hours after
assuming its 10mg of each and you want a total of 500mcg(250 each) you would be best to add 4 ml of back water, take 0.1ml(10 units on insulin syringe nightly)
