Anybody have any recs? Wanna try it out and see what it's all about. Would prefer someone that deals with athletic people.

Arguably one of the most pseudo-scientific professions there are. Not good for you at all. Go see a physical therapist who can perform Maitlands or myofascial release.

I have no experience with chiros but there's a place called Get Off My Nerves on Coursey that people at the gym love, and it has a funny name so.. there's my vote.

Dr. Hymel is the best. Works on a ton of LSU athletes. Most of the guys who train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in BR go to him as well.

Both offices are on Coursey.
Both are athletic. Brent played football at Baylor in the late 80s and early 90s. Dude can still rep out 500+lb deadlifts and squat 405+.
If you need PT work, go see Kristen Glascock at Delta PT on S. Harrelsferry. It’s part of Geaux Crossfit. I had a very tight muscle band (hurt like hell and affected my sleep) in my back from swimming (prep for Miami) and she dry needled/scraped it yesterday and it was fixed immediately.
