1 portion of protein per day (meat too small to even show up on the pictorial) + 20g of seed oils! Guaranteed to produce a generation of Lot-T betas!

Yeah… This won’t be followed. I go to Denmark pretty often and they eat extremely healthy and get a lot of exercise. They’re way healthier than Americans. Food catered for business meetings when I’m there is always healthy and fresh.

Beautiful country, spent 3 weeks hiking and sightseeing there two summers ago.

Beautiful people, low obesity rates.

That said they are fixated on the vegetable. Most restaurants (not all) in affluent areas dont have a meat option on their menu.
