I'm looking into trying this, mostly for anxiety. Has anyone tried it? If so, what brand and dose? Oil/tincture or vape?

I’m getting 6 bottles in from Ten Performance. Full spectrum CBD oil.
2 month per bottle in both natural or peppermint flavor. One dropped sublingual every day. You just hold it in your mouth for 60-90 secs.
I’ll sell you a bottle for $60.
I had a bottle with me in Miami and used it every day, but it opened during the flight back and half of it leaked inside of my bathroom bag.

Scoured this site and others last night looking for info. Got a lot going on, and looking for mainly anxiety and sleep help. Decided to try some from Mary's Nutritionals (due to a post from cgrand, I believe). He had some pretty good input in another thread. Ordered it this morning, and just got shipping confirmation.

Realized I was using my work’s WiFi on my phone they must block that site

That’s gonna get expensive... maybe try different food? I’m sure you’ve tried that lol.

We are saving the cbd oil for if other options don’t work. Our vet not so much suggested it as she mentioned it (and quickly said legally she can’t suggest it).

Bottom line you won't get the scientific data here... I suggest reading some articles or getting a doctor to help you out. My understanding of CBD from when I used it to treat digestion issues was that CBD isolate is what is mostly sold. Their is no THC or other "cannabinoids" in this. You can't fail a drug test from isolate. From what it is the non "thc" cannabinoids along with the cbd that will help you. To get this you need a full spectrum CBD extract. The downfall to this, is that this is normally made at a 20:1 CBD to THC ratio. Taking enough of this could cause you to fail a drug test but again this is full spectrum and contains all cannabinoids of the plant. I'm not a doctor this is just my understanding of how it works. When I was taking them I was getting them from www.rizeupcaps.com. But again it is possible to have a failed drug test from this.

For myself and my SO, I make my own CBD oil infused in coconut oil. Put it in capsules and take a couple as needed. I also make a salve with THC / CBD rub. Believe it or not, the actual CBD bud is really nice to smoke. Very relaxing - obviously doesn’t get you high
CBD is good stuff. My SO takes it combined with THC to prevent the regrowth of a tumor.

Most people label their product as Full Spectrum CBD oil, which is a little misleading since Full would include THC.
So, technically it’s Broad Spectrum CBD in nearly every case.

Thanks people. I bought a couple different things online. A 350 mg (30ml) of oil/tincture from cbdmd and 500mg from cbsdisttiller. Both are full spectrum and put purported lab testing reports on website. Did some research and both seemed legit. Around 40 bucks for a bottle which is essentially a month supply
