Looked at the company YL is recommending and it is overpriced. They “infused with young living essential oils” and charge a premium. When yl starts selling it will probably be overpriced too

I’ve been dealing with overall body aches and pains, mainly due to just not taking care of myself in my 20s finally started catching up with me in my late 30s. I’ve had 4 surguries in 3 years with another to clean up some arthritis and to fix a bad SLAP tear on my right shoulder, followed by my left as long as I can hold out. And though I’ve got my uricic acid levels way down, alive got some lasting general pain from having chronic gout that went years un(mis) diagnosed.

Not complaining, but the pain—coupled with a bit of anxiety since I can’t currently excercise to relieve stress—has given me terrible insomnia. I have been reading a little about CBD oil and it seems like a miracle. Does it really help with overall body inflammation, anxiety, insomnia, and digestive help? What’s the best product for multiple ailments?

Also, my last surgery was in December on a joint at the base of my foot—is there anything that’s not sublingual, but that you can rub directly on a painful body part for help with pain and inflammation?

I'll let you know how I like mine when it comes in, but I'm not taking it for pain so you may just have to give it a try. From what I've heard, pain usually requires a higher dose than anxiety.

I have seen lotions/rubs, but I don't know if it helps the area where you rub it more than anywhere else.

Carl try the CBD out you may be amazed at the results to help your insomnia. Overall it helps me sleep and relax.

There are pain rubs out there, but I’m not sure how you can buy them not in a legal state. Personally, the rub I make I find that the THC oil actually does more to relax the muscles than the CBD. I do a combo of CBD/THC with Shea butter and everyone that uses it loves it. If you find one, I’d suggest one with thc.

If you need help finding one I can drop my email

I wasn't really having trouble sleeping before I started, so I can't speak to that, but a lot of people do find that it helps. It's worth a try. Go to CBSdistillery.com and buy a bottle around 500 mg strength. Take a dropper full a little before bed.

So, I filled out an Amazon survey and get my pick of about 5 prizes. One is 3 bottles of CBD oil made by Complete Relief. It’s only 150 mg, though. Valued at $72, but free for me.

Should I go ahead and grab it—any of y’all familiar with this brand? Is the 150 mg enough? Since we were just talking about, I though it may be serendipity.
But I don’t want to get a bad brand. I could always grab the Navy Seal tactical flashlight or the teeth whitening system or something.

Here’s a link to the product if anybody wants to check it out. You also may be able to get a free bottle yourself. CBD OIL

150 mg is a very weak concentration, so I would take a couple droppers for one dose. Just put in under your tongue and wait at least 30 seconds before swallowing the rest. You may find that it helps you to sleep or relax, but don't expect anything huge. Worth a shot if there's nothing else on the list you think you would use

Been taking the 500mg Remedy Oil for 4 days now. No real difference in mood/sleep that I can tell.

Bump. How did this work out for you? Think about using it for the same reasons. What type of dosages should I use?

Does this make you fail a drug test?

I took it for a month, and didn't notice anything. Never tried any other brands or anything, but was a waste of money IMO. I even upped the dosage, still nothing.

Not necessarily. CBD will be without THC or anything that makes you pop hot if done right.

That said, there's not a ton of quality regulation. A 2017 study found 18 of 84 CBD products contained enough THC to trigger the intoxicating effects of MJ.

If you really want to do it and drug tests are an issue, you should be very particulat about your source.
