re: Cardarine (GW501516)
thats to make it legal to sell.

as far as what to take with it, can use a fat burner.

the most important thing though on this is to take advantage of its huge effect on cardio. Will allow you to go much harder and longer. So really start doing the HIIT.

I suggest working the frick out of the greyskull conditioning books. Burpees from hell, rows and air dyne, sprints and jump rope.

This is on top of a three day a week full body program.

Realize that GW will not burn fat. It allows you to go much harder on cardio and has profound performance enhancing effects. Also has very very positive effects on blood sugar, the heart and HDL cholestrol.

GW is a wonder drug other than the possible cancer risk at extremely high doses. it has amazing effects on health and performance.

Nailed it. I do HIIT training after I lift and my endurance is unbelievable.

That’s by far my fav part since I’m getting older. It even helps stave off diabetes as well.

Liquid. SARMS can only be legally sold as a research chemical liquid. Any capsulated SARMS product is most likely fake or laced with a pro-hormone.

Might try it when I can get in a good routine cardio wise. Another underrated fat burner is injectible l-carnitine. On top of fat burning, another benefit is increased density in androgen receptors(if you're on trt, you get more out of your dose).

Really? Tell me more. Like where can I get this and what type of dosage?

They have vet grade stuff which is super cheap and another site that sells it is synthetek(made in a GMP facility). They have write ups all over the place on how to use it, for the androgen receptor benefit, I don’t think the dose required is all that big.

Masupps has the best mk and it's capsule. Also if you believe research companies are selling the best gw, you are being naive.

The form doesn't matter at all because technically it is banned either way.

Can I use Cardarine as a PCT coming off my LGD cycle? I've used Cardarine before and have seen some on other boards claiming you can use it in place of PCT but I trust some of you guys much more.

re: Cardarine (GW501516)
Sorry for the long winded and ignorant post to follow...
I’ve been reading through this thread and have done some research on Cardarine but am still completely clueless when it comes to supplements like this. It is something that I am interested in though.
You seem to be really impressed with your results so far and obviously the cardio enhancement is a huge plus. How would you say it is as far as burning fat goes...coupled with a good diet obviously?
Are you not really concerned with some of the cancer concerns? I read the article you posted and some others and it still seems worrisome...prolly cause I’ve got no idea what I’m reading lol

And lastly, I know it’s not a ‘roid or a SARM, but is it’s use still typically frowned upon? Even outside of competitive sports?

Damn I wrote you a reply, not sure why it didn't post. You can use it in a pct but not as your pct. You need a serm like clomid or nolvadex for that.

re: Cardarine (GW501516)
It does not burn fat at all, it increases endurance which allows you to destroy interval workouts. It increases endurance more than any drug in history besides maybe epo and it's a close race.

The cancer thing is overblown imo but everyone must decide for themselves. To find the dose it caused it at, take your weight in kilograms and mutiply by 3.

re: Cardarine (GW501516)
So there really seems to be no negative effects at all then?

And is it really not considered as being on the same level as Steroids? Sorry, I know that’s probably a dumb question and extremely open ended question, just trying to understand it better.

re: Cardarine (GW501516)
Same level how? Physique enhancing? No, but it has better endurance performance effects. Now morally, ethically, and competitive sport wise...it's the same as steroids.

As far as sides, not supposed to be. Has many health benefits actually. But everyone must make their own choice and I have never taken it so I'm going by research only.

re: Cardarine (GW501516)
I agree, the cancer thing is being way overblown. It’s like taking 500 aspirin when you have a simple headache. That might kill you. Literally no side effects. I am not a runner and I despise cardio, but I am killing cardio and have dropped a ton of weight on it. Close to 20 lbs because my endurance is stupid good.

Thanks for the replies, guys!

Only thing that seems crazy is how it really doesn’t seem to have more recognition than it does.

re: Cardarine (GW501516)
It does on those types of boards but most people aren't going around looking for something that gives endurance unless they compete.
