I use Gorilla Mode Stim + Scoop of non-stim + Beta Alinine

BA is cheap enough and lasts a long time.

I swap between Tranparanet Labs, Gorilla Mode, and Woke AF (Wife likes Woke)

Yeah. I think I may just buy some nutricost beta alanine and mix it with my coffee. I’ve liked their creatine so far, and it’s a good price.

Me too, but I am looking for something so I’m not always lifting on an empty tank at 5:30am.

I’ve tried a PBJ sandwich, a banana, orange juice at various times, but to me they cause some bloating I don’t like.

What else do people do for a bit of glucose during workout?

I’m curious about this as well. My stomach will absolutely turn if I eat before working out.

Well I did the tablespoon of honey with sea salt before my workout at 5:30 this am, and it was fine. I swallowed it whole and worried that it would hit my stomach like a bomb, but nope.

Did it make my workout better? Dunno.
