Saw a thread on the Poli Board yesterday where a study had linked Bromelain to being a preventative for COVID. In looking around at it, it seems that it has always been touted as an anti-inflammatory and aid for those with allergies and sinus issues. Anyone have any experience with this? My seasonal allergies are awful. Currently fighting whatever is blooming/pollenating right now with constant headaches. Benadryl relieves it, but at the cost of being in a fog all day.

The doseage I tried gave me a bad reaction.

Might wanna try Singulair for allergies. life changing for me after struggling for years even with taking dailies like allegra, etc.

The best prevention is to be physically fit. Don’t be a fatass and you should be fine.

I run anywhere from 20-30 miles a week. Physically fit and allergies have nothing to do with each other.

Eat the core of a pineapple. It's packed with bromelain.

I only read the first sentence and thought you were using it for COVID prevention. My bad.

Not sure about the supplement, but I use a nasal wash daily that stopped me from getting the sinus infections. Use a mixture of salt and baking soda dissolved in warm distilled water. Google it if your interested. Changed my life.
