Bradycardia or a fit heart?

So my resting heart rate is usually somewhere between 40-60 beats per minute. Sometimes I see it as low as 38 beats per minutes. Overall, my average resting heart rate is probably somewhere in the 40s. Now I am by no means the fittest guy on planet earth as I work out only about 2-3 times a week. But I've always been good at running and don't really struggle that much through a 30-minute jog even after I hadn't been running for a while.
But according to the internet (which is obviously never wrong), if my resting heart rate is below 60 beats per minute, I have something known as Bradycardia. Problem is...I don't meet any of the classic symptoms. I don't ever suffer from faintness nor do I have chronic fatigue. I am never dizzy and my blood pressure is ideal. Slower than average heart rates due run on my dad's side of the family but none of them have a resting heart rate as low as mine.
Could I just have a fit heart aided by genetics and working out (my father's family isn't really known for their fitness) even though I am not really that big of a gym rat?

How is your Blood Pressure? If you have high blood pressure, it can cause your heart rate to slow down

Asymptomatic bradycardia is nothing to worry about.
You workout and you’re able to run 30+ minutes with ease which shows you’re in shape.
Since you’re not the “fittest guy on planet earth”, genetics probably also plays a roll.

This morning it was 110 over 69. It usually stays around that area with only minor fluctuations.

i have a low resting heart rate as well and have read on this. My understanding is for Bradycardia you have to have some of the symptoms other than just a low heart rate.
I do work out a bit and a little cardio heavy.

If you’re really worried about it, get a reference to a cardiologist and have them check the old ticker.

You could have 1st degree heart block, which is symptomless and not an issue
Many distance runners get it
