Looking for an in home cardio machine. Anyone have any experience with a Bowflex Max Trainer? Or any other device they recommend? Wife and I are early 40s. Thanks!

Rack, barbell, weight plates, dumbbells, horse stall mats, etc. etc. Gets addicting...
My wife and I (49 and 55) both do GSLP 3x a week. Run and spinbike in between. Wife watches some cardio vids, metabolic prime I think. Haven’t read anything good about bowflex but might be thinking of the things with those plastic pieces poking out...

I’ve heard the Maxtrainers are really good. I’ve never used one personally. They look like a mix between an air bike and an elliptical.

Appreciate the feedback. Kind of what piqued our interested. We used to have an elliptical and we liked due to the low impact. But it took up a lot of space and it was loud as hell. The Maxtrainer looks much more compact. thank you again for the feedback.

I bought a M6 back in September and have been happy with my purchase. I like that it’s low impact, compact, and convenient. I’m no expert on work out equipment but it feels high quality. I haven’t ventured into any of the smart app features yet.
