Body composition comparison experience(s)

So about three weeks ago, I dropped in to a 5 Start Nutrition joint for the purpose of a body composition analysis (quick and dirty, so to speak), and was wondering if anyone here has specific experiences comparing BIA method (either in a store or with a home scale) to either DeXA or Plethysmography (Bod Pod)? Don't really want to go back to that store because they put the hard sell on all kinds of stuff I'm not remotely interested in.
The InBody scanner in the store measured me at 14.3% with SMM of 76.9 lbs, My scale (Withings that I bought last week) measures me at 15-16% depending upon the day (hence I'm not sure how much I trust it). I know the trend is the most important, but the MD in me is a lover of hard, accurate and reproducible data. I can get a Bod Pod Plethysmography measurement where I live and it is pretty reasonably priced, just not very convenient. I could potentially try to pull some strings and try to get a free DeXA, but I'd feel cheesy about that, and I'm reasonably sure my insurance won't pay for one - not worth the cash price to me, I don't think.
Trying to get to 10% body fat (53 y.o. 5'9" 157lbs. currently). Thanks for any experiences.

Just stopped in to say that while I see that your post is in English, I didn’t understand any of it.

Scale and InBody were very similar.
Fit 3D body scan was way higher….

My scale was higher than my inbody. I know the scale is wrong but having it makes it easier to see trends

So my experience with inbody was it was very similar to the dexa scans I had. Scale....not so much.
