Bicep Tendinitis? Anyone dealt with this?

Haven’t been diagnosed by Dr, but I’m thinking that’s what I’m dealing with. Dull pain in lower shoulder where it meets bicep. Just started hurting last night several hrs after I worked out.
Any suggestions besides R.I.C.E??
Ps, I fricking hate when I hurt and it hinders me from working out, I feel like a tub of goo....

Best thing I ever did for my bicep tendinitis (brought on by low bar squatting) was banded dislocations to help shoulder mobility. Completely cleared the issue.
I had the issue at my elbow, though. I'd still recommend it because more mobility is always good unless you have a tear that you're tearing further with the work.

Yeah I definitely think I have shoulder mobility issues as well.

I basically can't do low bar squat unless I work on shoulder mobility. There are certain movements where low shoulder mobility will go directly into bicep pain.
I recommend it bc even if it isn't a trigger of the bicep pain, more shoulder mobility will still benefit you overall.

Don’t push it or you will eventually tear the long head tendon like me.

I have it right now and it sucks. It's because of squats and shoulder mobility.

I got diagnosed in both arms. Went to the doctor and he gave me a strong anti-inflamatory, didn't seem to work, but just didn't lift for a couple weeks and seemed to bounce back. Put off going to the doctor thinking it would heal itself, but never did. Still ran and rode my bike, but didn't lift any weights. Now Im back to normal lifting, so just give it time and go see a doctor and get the pills.
