New research (according to the podcast I was listening to) shows 20grams every 3 hours is ideal for any individual including athletes. Some of the ways I've found to make that easy; protein shakes with casein specifically before bed, greek yogurt, eggs, tofu, and something as easy as a couple pieces of multigrain bread with peanut butter can get you 20 grams. The beyond meat and similar brands have some solid burger and sausage options that are high protein as well

Eat more pork. Pork’s protein to calorie ratio per serving is awesome. I’m eating 12 oz of pork loin tonight it has 430 cals with 77 grams of protein.

Unless you take PEDs this is impossible. You either bulk or cut, can't do both.
