I’m 44, 45 in a couple few days, and have been doing keto for going on 2 years. I started off at 360-365. I’m down to 225-230. Because of covid I’m also only doing body weight workouts with some band stuff mixed in. I’ve put on considerable amount muscle mass over the last 3 months give or take. I was down to 220 ish.
I’m not a doc, just a regular dude who didn’t want to die before seeing his kids grow up. I was in a 4x(that’s a flippin circus tent) now in a large. Hell I put on a pair of my sons medium shorts the other day.
