Basically the title. Nothing too fancy, just things with decent progression.
Convict Conditioning?
Stew Smith training methods?
Wendlers WALRUS stuff?
In lifting there is 531, GSLP, SS etc. What's the bodyweight training equivalent of these tried and tested programs?

I really enjoyed body by rings. I started it back in March when my gym closed down and I made tremendous progress in my shoulders and my core. I found it a lot of fun too. After a few months I was able to get back in the gym and I had barely lost any strength on my bench and OHP. My mobility, range of motion, and mind to muscle connection were much better when I started lifting weights again and I quickly surpassed my previous records. Now lower body is tough. Id recommend at least buying a vest and some dumbbells for leg training.

Body by Rings, the program from Calisthenicmovement, or whatever Dominik Sky has

Convict conditioning WAS a great read. I used it when I used to work offshore . Most of the places I went to had next to nothing when it came to weights

Body by rings, overcoming gravity are two good ones. But with bodyweight it all depends on your goals. What goals do you have?

Maintain muscle mass and lose all the fat, feel fitter/increase cardio ability, less stress on joints (moving away from lifting weights). Get that six pack.
Looking for something simple 3x a week by 1 hour sessions. I like the look of Stew Smith PT pyramids etc as they are simple, just unsure how to progress with them. Not too bothered about mastering more complex calisthenics but happy with that being a byproduct!
I like the look of CC as I only have a pullup bar and the floor. No dip bars or rings. Unsure on its programming though.
Thanks

Thanks I'll look into that. Is it like a progressive program or just random 'wods'? Is it bodyweight only? Thanks

Bodyweight only is an option. Don’t need any equipment. (They also have equipment options)
Can pick 20, 40 or 60 minute workouts.
You can pick classic or athlete. (Think squats vs squat jumps)
You can pick full body, abs, lower body or upper body each day.
And it sort of progresses. Over time they just add more reps. But there are a ton of workouts so you won’t get bored.
I use the 20 min athlete version as a warmup to my lifts. The hour version when I want my arse kicked.
You will be in a pool of sweat by the end. My BIL was a linebacker at Notre Dame and it kicks his arse. He loves it if that gives you any idea.

Cool man thanks. I was also looking at freeletics but it looks like a lot of fluff alongside the 'real' workout. You had any experience with that?

I got a downvote. I know it sounds so corny but it’s really effective. Don’t knock it till you try it.
I’m a 5/3/1 chalk and dust guy at heart too.

Don’t know anything about that. Never heard of it.

I use freeletics. It has helped me with what I was looking for which is maintaining weight as well as building some strength and stamina. I get bored easy so I like the programs. Not sure what you mean by fluff but I think the programs are good. I have nothing to compare it to though.
