Health is a marathon not a sprint. Keep clean eating and exercising and your body will continue to crave both. Congrats, brother.

Good for you, man. The willpower to make a change is something that a lot of people lack. It's even more rare to stick with it. You should be proud of yourself. Keep moving forward.

If I remember correctly, you live around Alexandria, correct?
Have you rode the Wild Azalea trail? Its from Woodworth to Valentine Lake in Gardner.
I'm not sure which rural area you are around Alex, but if you are that way, I would highly recommend that trail system for your dose or riding/nature. It's a really nice trail and 99% of people around Alex have no idea it exists.

Good for you. If you fall off. Get right back on. That’s the most important thing I have learned.
