I wear a 17/35. I wait for Jos Bank 3 for $99 sale on the travel tech traveler dress shirts. I get the tailored fit and then get them tailored to fit better. After tailoring comes out to about $160 for three nicely fitting shirts. The jos a bank slim fit shirts are too short for me, the bottom button fits odd.

BB slim fit (milano) are not fitted enough.
Checking out the ones Maximus recommended. Ordered 2 to see how they fit.

I have an impossible time finding dress shirts that fit.
I’m strongly considering going to a tailor that does custom shirts.

I have the same problem.
17-17.5" neck and 35 sleeves.
12" difference between chest and waist. 48/36.
Suits are even harder to buy.
Im going to try those dri-fit shirts suggested earlier.

I get the slim or extra slim.

That's my measurements. When I get one, I'm going to try black lapel.

I'd try about made to measure site. Plenty of them online. You can get a nice shirt for $75-100 that will fit great.
