Anyone purchase Athlean-X? He seems to offer a lot of free content, which makes me curious about everything that is offered past the paywall.
I have trained for years without a "plan / workout" but i'm looking to start one, and he seems very knowledgeable, but I'm not sure it's worth the $97 price tag.

I hear his leg routine is underwhelming. I like the guy, but he bores me rather quickly.

I bought it, can't recommend. I've been lifting for a while and really liked his free content, but the actual structured program is more like p90x. It will work if your goal is to lean up and get toned but I doubt you will put on much muscle.

I guess I probably need to start a slow cut for summer. But looking to get leaner for summer but probably stay fairly lean. I'm 5-9, 180. Probably 17-18% BF.

Add squats and deads to the above program and get to it. Or Google leangains Reddit ama spreadsheet and follow that program. Either way consistency is going to be the key
